• You must register an account using Google OAuth to access the Service.

• You agree to notify us immediately at support@asent.app if you suspect unauthorized use.

You may use the Service to manage LinkedIn messaging, create templates, and utilize AI-powered features in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws.

B. Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Use the Service for illegal purposes

• Send spam or violate LinkedIn’s terms

• Reverse engineer or hack the Service

• Interfere with security or functionality

• Transmit malware or harmful code

C. Chrome Extension

You agree to install and maintain the Chrome extension required for LinkedIn connectivity and service operation.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

• The Service operates on a subscription basis via DodoPayments.

• Fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

• Pricing may change with notice.

• Non-payment may result in suspension.

6. Intellectual Property

• The Service is owned by Asent and protected by law.

• You retain ownership of your content.

• You grant Asent a license to use your content for service delivery.

• You may not copy or distribute the Service without permission.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party providers. Your use of these services is subject to their terms. We are not responsible for their practices.

8. Termination

• You may terminate your account at any time.

• We may terminate access for violations or non-payment.

• Certain provisions survive termination.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Asent is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold Asent harmless from claims arising from your use of the Service.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by UK law. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in London, except for small claims.
